Multi-chain wallet for Android

The keys stay with you

One identity wallet holds Bitcoin, Ethereum, QKI, BNB Smart Chain, TRON and more. The transaction password is never uploaded, and Owncoin cannot recover it.

What the app already does

Hold assets, then use them

Everything below is in the Owncoin Android app today.

  1. 01

    Identity wallet

Create one mnemonic and manage several chains under the same identity. You can also create a single-chain wallet, or import a mnemonic or a raw private key.

  2. 02

    Receive and send

Show a receive QR code and send on the selected chain. The miner fee is confirmed before you sign.

  3. 03

    DApps and WalletConnect

Open a DApp by URL in the built-in browser, or connect with WalletConnect. A third-party app’s terms and risk stay with that app.

  4. 04

    Swap and markets

Review balances and prices, swap tokens, provide liquidity, and set price alerts. Alerts need the app active in the background and notifications turned on.

  5. 05

    Watch-only wallets

Import an address to view assets. A watch-only wallet has no private key and cannot send.

  6. 06

    Languages and fiat

The interface ships in eight languages. Balances can be shown in CNY, USD, EUR, JPY, KRW and other fiat units.

Networks

Connected mainnets

These networks come from the app configuration. EVM-compatible chains can also be added by hand.

Owncoin cannot verify a custom network. Add only a node you already trust.

Order of use

Back up before you deposit

  1. 01

    Create or import

Create an identity wallet, or import a mnemonic or private key. Use a watch-only wallet if you only need to view an address.

  2. 02

    Write the mnemonic offline

Put it on paper, somewhere only you can reach. Do not store it in email, cloud drives, chat apps, or screenshots.

  3. 03

    Then move funds

Receive, send, or open a DApp. Leaving an identity wallet deletes the local wallet data, so confirm the backup first.

Questions

Read this before you start

Can Owncoin restore a wallet after I uninstall the app?

No. Uninstalling removes the local wallet database. Only a mnemonic or private key you kept can be imported again.

I forgot the transaction password.

The password is used only on the device. Owncoin does not store it and has no recovery flow. Import the wallet again with the mnemonic.

Is there an iPhone app?

This site describes the Android app.

Can I trust a network I added myself?

Add only a node you already trust. Owncoin cannot check whether a custom network is safe.

What should I watch for in a DApp?

A third-party DApp uses its own terms and privacy policy and is solely responsible. Check the URL and the request before you sign.

Take the installer only from a channel you trust

This site does not host the file, so an unknown package is not presented as the official build.
